However, their digital campaigns suffered from a "leaky bucket" problem, where paid traffic failed to convert into actual valuation bookings.
The core issue wasn’t a lack of interest, but a lack of clarity once a user clicked an ad. Traffic was being directed to generic pages where potential sellers got lost.
Our solution was to redesign the entire conversion experience. We built a dedicated, high-performance landing page specifically engineered to capture leads, paired with a revamped Meta Ads strategy. By aligning the ad messaging perfectly with a streamlined destination page, we removed distractions and guided users straight to the "Book a Valuation" action.

On Meta, we ran retargeting ads specifically for users who visited the new landing page but didn’t finish the form, reminding them of the "Property Launch" advantage.
